Akron Marathon Volunteer Opportunity

The Akron Marathon Race Series is back! The first race in the series is the 2021 National Interstate 8K and 1 Mile on June 26 at Infocision Stadium in Akron. The Community Outreach Director for the Akron Marathon Series is looking for volunteers to hold ropes and signs and help guide the runners to the location where they line up. Once the race begins volunteers will be walking runners to the start line in waves. This is an early morning shift but does count as double hours.
